Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily clerical and administrative tasks efficiently.
Distribute product samples to the sales team and potential clients.
Track and monitor all sample distributions accurately.
Maintain a detailed database of sample distribution.
Must be able to write and send proper emails.
Requirements:
Mid-level administrative experience.
1-2 years of experience working in the UAE.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must; knowledge of Tally is a plus.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
