Sales Coordinator

Job Description

JOB Specification:



Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for sales team members.

Prepare and distribute sales-related documents, such as quotations, contracts, and presentations.

Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems with accurate information.

Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.

Preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.

Coordinate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to support sales activities.

Track and follow up on sales leads and opportunities.

Provide administrative support to the sales manager and team members as required.

Makes sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the requirement of the customers.

Has the ability to read any and all financial documents, especially cash flow statements and general ledgers.

Assists the marketing department in new marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

Candidates with 1-3 years of experience in the same field are preferred.

Bachelor's degree in science/Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory for freshers)

Proficiency in MS-Office, reporting software, ERP.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
