The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving company objectives by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients, preparing sales documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills to help drive sales growth in the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the sales team to manage daily schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.
Prepare and process quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery notes.
Communicate with clients regarding inquiries, quotations, order status, and after-sales support.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, customer databases, and contracts.
Support the preparation of sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management.
Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and ensure client satisfaction.
Follow up on pending payments with clients in coordination with the accounts department.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role (UAE/GCC experience preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and TALLY ERP/CRM systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of UAE business practices and documentation requirements.
