Position Overview:
We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic
sales coordinator
to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate should have at least
1 year of experience
in a similar role, with strong organizational and communication skills to support the sales team in achieving business goals. The current opening is for the male category.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support day-to-day sales operations.
Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, and invoices.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer details, and transactions.
Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and follow-ups.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
Ensure timely delivery and smooth order processing.
Male candidate only.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
as a sales coordinator or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
