Job Description

Our dynamic and growing company in the UAE is seeking an energetic and highly organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations and ensuring a seamless experience for our diverse, multinational clientele. We welcome enthusiastic individuals, including recent graduates, who are eager to build a career in sales support.

Key Responsibilities:



Act as a primary point of contact for sales-related inquiries from clients and internal teams, providing timely and professional assistance. Prepare and process sales quotations, proposals, and orders with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records meticulously. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies and follow-up on leads. Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations. Liaise with other departments (e.g., logistics, finance) to ensure timely delivery of products/services and resolution of customer issues. Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate sales personnel. Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales department. Contribute to a positive team environment and maintain a customer-focused attitude in all interactions. Effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients, including proficiency in

Tagalog

, to ensure clear understanding and excellent service.

Qualifications and Skills:



Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Fluency in Tagalog is essential for effective communication with a key segment of our client base.

A bright, positive, and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong customer service orientation. Professional presentation and the ability to represent the company positively. Previous experience in a sales support or customer service role is an advantage, but fresh graduates with the right attitude and skills are encouraged to apply. Must be currently residing in the UAE.
