You are an organized, detail-driven sales support professional who enjoys keeping things moving smoothly behind the scenes. You are comfortable handling orders from multiple sales channels, coordinating with production teams, and ensuring customers receive accurate, timely deliveries. You take ownership, follow up consistently, and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
Skills & Competencies

• Sales order recording and coordination across multiple channels
• Strong order tracking and follow-up discipline
• Coordination with factory and production teams
• Quality checking of finished goods prior to dispatch
• Preparation and packing of customer delivery parcels
• Maintenance of accurate order trackers and sales records
• ERP system usage for order and sales updates (Odoo preferred)
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, order processing, or operations support
• Experience in Fashion, Retail, Manufacturing, or E-commerce environments is a strong advantage
• Experience working with ERP systems or order management tools preferred

Description
In this role, you will support the end-to-end sales fulfilment process by accurately recording sales orders, coordinating with factories, tracking progress, and ensuring orders meet quality standards before reaching customers. You will play a key role in enabling smooth sales operations across online, offline, and event-based channels.
Role & Responsibilities:

• Record all sales orders received via WhatsApp, Instagram, home sales, and event sales
• Prepare and organize orders in advance of scheduled sales events
• Forward confirmed orders to the factory and coordinate production requirements
• Conduct regular follow-ups with the factory to ensure timely order completion
• Follow up with suppliers or manufacturers to ensure on-time delivery of store production items
• Perform quality checks on finished products prior to dispatch
• Prepare, pack, and label customer delivery parcels accurately
• Maintain and update the order tracker with real-time status information
• Coordinate with logistics or delivery partners for dispatch where required
• Support customer service teams with order status updates
• Ensure documentation and records are accurate and properly filed
• Identify bottlenecks or recurring issues and escalate proactively
