Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of experience in
sales coordination / sales support
and
documentation for project sales
(building materials / MEP / construction industry preferred).
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and update quotations, LPOs, submittals, and other project sales documents.
Coordinate with sales team, warehouse, logistics, and accounts for smooth order processing.
Follow up with clients for approvals, deliveries, and pending documents.
Maintain customer database, project tracking sheets, and sales reports.
Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and after-sales coordination.
Skills & Competencies:
Good knowledge of project documentation and sales support.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Attention to detail and good documentation skills.
