Prepare & engage with POs, enquiries, quotation and follow ups of pre & post sales.
Contact customers, make appointments and dispatch information to designated sales personnel.
Ensure client satisfaction by accurately processing order.
Answering client questions regarding their account or sales products.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that any issues are handled immediately.
Maintain sales records and prepare sales activity reports.
Records progress of all customer inquiries.
Reassure repeat business by networking with existing customers.
Communicate with suppliers, distributors and company representatives to resolve queries aimed at business practices.
Ensure that you maintain proper records, adhere to financial policies and procedures, and handle all transactions accurately and securely.
