Sales Coordinator

Job Description

La verde property management is looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales department by managing client inquiries, coordinating with agents, preparing sales documents, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations and client follow-ups Coordinate property listings, viewings, and client appointments Maintain and update CRM records and sales reports Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales agreements Support marketing and promotional activities for property listings Handle incoming inquiries through calls, emails, and social media Ensure excellent customer service and timely response to client requests

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support (real estate experience preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Ability to multitask and work under pressure
