Emirates Hospitality Center is currently seeking a
Sales Coordinator (Arabic Speaking)
with a strong background in
catering
to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support the Sales & Catering team in managing client accounts and event requirements.
Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Handle client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
Maintain an organized database of clients, leads, and bookings.
Work closely with the Operations and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth execution of catering events.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to sales activities.
Assist in organizing client meetings, site visits, and tastings.
Requirements:
Fluent in Arabic and English
(spoken and written).
Minimum
2 years of experience in a Sales Coordinator role
, preferably in a
hospitality or catering environment
.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
