Job Title: Sales Coordinator - Building Materials

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Coordinatorto join our team specializing in building materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients in the construction and hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts and follow up with clients for POS. Timely preparation and execution of service contracts and AMCs (new and renewal). Maintain an active and cordial relationship with clients while efficiently and effectively addressing their concerns. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business.
Minimum 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the building materials (Freshers will also be considered.)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is an advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
