Sales Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help ensure the smooth execution of all sales processes. The ideal candidate will be a key player in managing customer relationships, coordinating internal communications, and assisting in the preparation and follow-up of client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Process sales orders efficiently, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of services to clients.
Maintain well-organized records of sales documents, including contracts, invoices, and purchase orders.
Serve as a liaison between clients and the sales team, addressing inquiries and providing outstanding customer support.
Conduct market research and gather data from multiple sources; maintain and update data in the CRM system.
Assist sales representatives by setting appointments, preparing materials, and ensuring they have up-to-date sales tools and presentations.
Respond promptly to urgent emails, calls, and messages from customers; schedule meetings, handle queries, and organize delivery timelines.
Assign territories and sales quotas to sales staff as per company strategy.
Maintain inventory of sales presentation materials such as slides, brochures, and promotional items.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is logged in CRM software regarding sales activities and customer interactions.
Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports for client meetings or pitches.
Organize and coordinate sales events, marketing campaigns, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility and drive leads.
Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to fulfill customer requirements and support sales objectives.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to help inform sales strategy.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or administrative role within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in order processing and data entry.
Strong customer service orientation with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and business needs in a dynamic sales environment.
