Sales Coordinator

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Support in managing Sales accounts, scheduling meetings, and following up on leads. Prepare sales presentations, BOQ, proposals, and reports to Customers. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry. Serve as a point of contact for clients, answering queries, and resolving minor issues. Work closely with Procurement and Project team to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients. Track project timelines, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress and potential delays.
Assist with processing sales orders, tracking shipments, and updating clients on delivery schedules.

Maintain records of sales activity, contracts, and client communications. Coordinate follow-up activities on sales leads and proposals.

Key Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM systems. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
