Job Description

Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
Present and explain products or services, highlighting features and benefits.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and follow-ups in CRM systems.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales campaigns and promotions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or a related field.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
