We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional Sales Consultant (Russian Speaker) to join their team in Dubai.
Location: Business Bay
Work Timings: Mon to Fri (9 hours a day)

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their business goals and challenges.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for our products or services to meet client needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market changes to adapt and refine sales approaches.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company\'s products or services and effectively communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Stay updated on product developments and enhancements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value proposition of our products or services.
- 3-5 years experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in a senior sales managerial role and demonstrated success in developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies.
- Preferably bilingual and a Russian speaker (mandatory)
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Customer Focus: Demonstrated ability to understand and address client needs, providing solutions that add value.\xef\xbb\xbf
