The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving Quant's sales efforts, primarily regarding software and subscription-based products, and potentially project-based services as the circumstances may require. This includes maintaining pre and post-sale requirements, such as prospecting, closing deals and providing support post-sales in liaising with the technical personnel.

Job Responsibilities:

Leverage effective sales methodologies such as the value-based approach

Utilize the sales tools available and document and communicate the value proposition of the product effectively through these tools.

Follow strategic plans with the sales manager to achieve and exceed annual sales targets within identified territories and accounts.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with subscribers.

Provide effective support to the organization's business activities that are relevant to its strategic and financial growth.

Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge through workshops, online courses, etc. to remain current on product updates, industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Managing and tracking their own sales pipeline though CRM regarding the leads, accounts, deals and contacts being generated.

Perform other responsibilities associated with this position where appropriate.

Achieve assigned monthly sales quota

Lead generation - this phase helps generate interest in the SaaS product.

Prospecting - representatives reach out to potential clients through email and direct phone calls. Sometimes, they have to connect with the clients through their social media profiles.

Sales qualification - this phase involves the process of finding out whether the prospect fits with the company. Is there a product-market fit?

Showing and demonstrating - this phase involves conducting live sales demos or allowing free trials intended for the prospect to better understand the provided solution on a practical level. That way, a potential client can find out if the SaaS product is a good match or solution.

Closing the sales - this is the last step where a representative negotiates the terms of the company with the client and makes the sale.

Outbound email - The sales rep contacts potential clients through personalized, engaging, and content-rich emails.

Cold calling - The sales rep contacts potential leads through the phone, qualifies them, and arranges a meeting.

Social media platform - The sales rep engages targeted leads on social media channels like LinkedIn and prospects them for sales.

Requirements

Academic Prerequisites:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Sales, Business Administration, or any related field.

Personal Qualities:

Knowing the value of the SaaS product - A great sales rep should understand the value of their product and convey the same to potential clients about the ROI on those products.

Understanding the customers inside out - Analyzing the needs of potential customers and finding whether or not they qualify for the SaaS product is another skill a sales rep should have.

Data mastering - The sales representatives who are experienced in data analytics can pinpoint certain issues, address them, highlight success, and adjust their sales strategies accordingly.

Strong communication skills - A sales representative needs to have robust communication skills in order to build long-lasting relationships with a customer.

Medical Insurance Plan

The Company provides a medical insurance plan as per Company policy. The current adopted medical insurance plan is provided by Bupa Medical Insurance, with the typical medical insurance plan being Premium 2.1. Further information regarding the policy may be provided upon request and provided policies may change according to vendor's change in their policy plan structures.

Leaves & Holidays Policy as per Saudi Labor laws, some of which being:

Annual Leave: 22 business days of paid Annual Leave per contract year.

Holidays: paid Holidays inclusive of Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, Saudi National Day and Saudi Founding Day.

Compassionate Leave: Paid Compassionate Leave of seven 7 calendar days, in the event of death of employee's parent, spouse, or child.

Sick Leave: Properly documented sick leave with full pay for up to 30 calendar days; and an additional 60 calendar days at 75% of salary, during each year of service.

As an employee of the Company, you will be eligible to participate in multiple Company-sponsored benefits and allowances, including:

Housing Allowance

Employees who do not receive housing by the Company receive a Housing Allowance of 25% of the employees basic salary.

Transportation Allowance

Employees who do not receive transportation means by the Company receive a Transportation Allowance of 15% of the employees basic salary.

Communication Allowance

Employees who do not receive communication means by the Company receive a Communication Allowance of 10% of the employees basic salary.
