Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Real Estate Sales professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and guiding them through the buying or leasing process. Successful applicants will thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:



Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business. Engage with potential buyers and renters to understand their requirements and preferences. Conduct property tours and provide comprehensive property information. Negotiate contracts and finalise sales agreements while adhering to company policies. Stay updated on local real estate market trends and property listings. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote properties and generate leads. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.

Requirements



Proven experience in a sales role within the real estate sector or similar. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs. Familiarity with real estate regulations and market trends. Valid UAE driving license and a willingness to travel as necessary. Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
