Build and maintain long-term client relationships, including follow-up and clienteling.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge of brands, collections, and seasonal trends.
Ensure boutique presentation, stock levels, and visual merchandising meet brand standards.
Process sales transactions accurately.
Requirements
Previous retail sales experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong client-focused mindset and ability to build lasting relationships.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Russian or Arabic is a plus.
Passionate about luxury lingerie, swimwear, and fashion.
