SIAS Fitness Club, a leading fitness facility in Dubai, is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Manager. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve membership goals Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our membership base Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing members Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities for growth Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry Demonstrated leadership and team management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities High level of attention to detail and accuracy Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment A passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
