The ideal candidate will possess excellent sales and relationship-building skills, an in-depth understanding of the financial services sector, and a passion for delivering innovative solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients within the finance, banking, insurance, cards, loyalty, rewards, and fintech sectors. Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and meet revenue targets. Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our company\'s products and services, as well as industry trends and competitors. Consultative Selling: Understand clients\' unique needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs. Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry professionals and key decision-makers. Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products and services. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and contracts to secure profitable deals. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and competitors to ensure a competitive edge. Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a sales pipeline, track progress, and provide regular reports to management. Customer Support: Offer ongoing support and communication to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Previous Experience: A minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in the finance, banking, insurance, cards, loyalty, rewards, or fintech industries is required. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial services sector, including products, regulations, and industry trends. Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Networking: A robust professional network within the financial services industry is a plus. Customer-Centric: A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships. Self-Motivated: A proactive, self-driven approach to achieving sales goals.
