Job Description

Our client is into business consulting and is a service provider that offers cutting-edge software solutions, services, and consulting for companies and organizations. They are looking for a Skilled and results-driven Sales Executive with expertise in selling software products and solutions.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our software offerings in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in software sales, and a deep understanding of the UAE market dynamics.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize market penetration for software products and solutions.
  • Identify and target potential customers in various industries, such as finance, healthcare, retail, and manufacturing, to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and stakeholders in target organizations.
  • Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape, and utilize this knowledge to position our software solutions effectively.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features, benefits, and value propositions of our software offerings.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns, including digital marketing initiatives, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals within defined timelines.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and regular updates on the sales pipeline to the management team.
  • Continuously stay updated on industry advancements, emerging technologies, and competitive products to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
  • Collaborate with the customer success and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of software solutions and address any customer concerns or issues.
  • Other tasks as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS,AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelors degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in software sales, preferably in the UAE market.
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in selling software products and solutions, such as Document Management Systems (DMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Intelligence (BI), or cloud-based solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market dynamics, customer behaviours, and industry verticals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales objectives.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Familiarity with the latest sales techniques and products in the above-mentioned software/solutions.
  • Willingness to travel within the UAE and occasionally internationally for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic is highly advantageous.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory
