Ensure customers welcomed over the phone, e-mail, chat in the required manner in order to create strong relationships with them and encourage brand loyalty
Provide advice across the Brand and all product categories & share brand awareness, storytelling and product knowledge when communicating with clients.
Ensure a qualitative follow-up of every request.
Perform as a team player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the Client Service
Drive to achieve and exceed planned KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
Recommend new and innovative approaches to address client concerns and share successful ideas within the team and department. PROFILE You have 4 years of experience in Luxury Retail.
Empathetic and kind, you have a strong sense of service, and put customers at the heart of your concerns. Keen on tailor-made solutions, you have strong interpersonal skills, and excellent oral and writing skills in English and Arabic. An additional language would be a bonus.
Patient and assertive, you have a capacity of analysis, autonomy, very good stress, time management skills, and a sharp sense of priorities. You are able to multi-task and work a varied schedule.
