You will manage all real estate transactions and operations on behalf of your clients.

QUALIFICATION:
- Communicating with sellers/landlords in an effort to get instructions
- Arranging\'market appraisals\' and photographs for the listing
- Negotiating arrangements between the two parties
- Advising customers on market trends
- Making regular calls to all clients in an effort to establish long-term business partnerships
- In a normal day as a property consultant, you will spend around 50 percent of your time in the office networking and making appointments, and the other 50 percent of your time \'taking-on\' properties and conducting viewings with customers.
- You must have a strong mentality and be well-prepared for this brisk market.
- Salary is on Commission Basis
