Job Title: Sales Executive - Company Formation/Business Setup (UAE Experience)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive with experience in business setup and company formation services in the UAE. The role involves generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and guiding them through the entire business formation process (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore).
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales by generating new leads through calls, networking, referrals, and digital platforms.
Advise clients on UAE company formation options, licensing structures, and business setup requirements.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
Stay updated with UAE laws, free zone regulations, and government procedures.
Manage the full sales cycle -- from initial contact to deal closure and handover to operations.
Maintain client records, pipeline, and reports in CRM.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years' sales experience in
company formation, business setup, real estate, or corporate services
.
Knowledge of UAE Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore company setup processes.
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
Fluency in English (Arabic/other languages an advantage).
Bachelor's degree preferred.
