We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Sales Consultant to join our business center office space for rent at the prestigious Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) location!
In this role, you will assist clients renting office space while providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships. If you have strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a desire to thrive in a fast-paced environment,

Key Responsibilities:
LeadGeneration: Proactively generate leads through networking, referrals, and personal outreach to expand client base.
ClientConsultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs for office spaces and cabins on rent, providing expert guidance throughout the rental process.
MarketAnalysis: Research and analyze market trends to stay informed about property values and rental opportunities.
PropertyListings: Create and curate attractive listings for our office spaces and cabins, complete with eye-catching descriptions and high-quality visual
Showings and Open Houses: Organize and conduct showings and presentations of available office spaces and cabins to potential renters.
Negotiation: Negotiate rental agreements and terms on behalf of clients to achieve the best outcomes
Networking: Build relationships with other professionals in the real estate sector to enhance service offerings for our clients.
ExceptionalCustomerService: Provide support to clients from the initial inquiry all the way through to the lease signing and beyond.
