We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Sales Consultant & Shop Admin (
Ladies only
) with experience in beauty and cosmetic products. The ideal candidate should be driven, resilient, and capable of managing sales, stock, and marketing efforts while developing strong customer channels both offline and online.
Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell beauty products to new and existing clients.
Open and develop sales channels, including salons, spas, retail outlets, and individual clients.
Manage (add, edit, list etc.) products and orders via online website and delivery apps.
Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
Create and implement basic marketing strategies, including social media engagement and promotional campaigns.
Build lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Work under pressure and adapt to demanding work environments.
Report market feedback, sales performance, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
Proven experience in selling beauty products or working in the beauty industry.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle workload during peak times and work flexible hours.
Good understanding of stock handling and basic inventory management.
Knowledge of social media platforms and basic marketing techniques.
Must hold a valid driving license and be able to travel locally for sales activities.
Presentable, well-groomed, and professional.
Must have basic accounting knowledge
Must have knowledge of Excel, Word and POS system experience
