Manage property sales, leasing, and client portfolios. Specialize in both
Off-Plan
andSecondary Market
properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and landlords. Stay up-to-date with market trends and documentation requirements. Coordinate with admin team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with company protocols. Handle client inquiries, property viewings, and deal closures. Commit to achieving monthly sales targets.Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in real estate sales (UAE market preferred). ValidUAE Driving License
. Strong understanding of market strategies and legal documentation. Excellentnegotiation
andcommunication skills
. RERA certification is a plus. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Proficient in multiple languages is an advantage.We offer:
