Bestax Chartered Accountants is a professional services firm providing accounting, tax, audit, and business advisory services across the UAE and Canada. We work with SMEs, startups, and international clients and are expanding our Dubai sales team to strengthen client acquisition and conversions.

We are seeking a confident and results-driven

Sales Closer

to handle qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients. This role focuses on closing deals for accounting, VAT, corporate tax, audit, and business setup services while maintaining a professional advisory approach.



The ideal candidate understands consultative selling, can confidently handle objections, and thrives in a performance-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and qualified leads generated through marketing and referrals Conduct discovery calls and consultations to understand client requirements Present and explain accounting, tax, audit, and business setup service offerings Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, and service agreements Close deals and ensure smooth handover to operations and compliance teams Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and closures in CRM Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Build long-term client relationships and identify upselling opportunities Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service expectations are aligned

Proven experience as a Sales Closer, Business Development Executive, or Sales Consultant Experience selling professional services (accounting, tax, audit, consultancy, or business setup) is

highly preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills Ability to confidently handle client objections and close high-value deals Familiarity with UAE business environment and compliance services is an advantage Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset Professional attitude with strong ethics and client-first approach
