Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Experience:
5-7 years of total experience, with at least 3-5 years in SME financing, business loans, or a relevant banking or financial institution.
Proven track record in sales and business development within the SME sector the UAE, preferably at a bank or a financing company.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of SME challenges, receivables financing, and cash flow solutions.
Must possess a valid UAE driving license. (Kindly don't apply if you don't match this criteria)
Arabic language proficiency would be a plus
Experience working with digital platforms in a financing context is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
Sales Acumen: Exceptional ability to sell financing solutions and close deals.
Networking: Extensive SME network that can be leveraged for client acquisition.
Languages: Arabic speaker preferred but not mandatory.
Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
