We are seeking a results-driven

Business Development Executive

with

3-6 years of UAE experience

in the

marine industry

, specifically in

painting and sandblasting projects

, to join our growing team in Dubai. Experience in

EPC power plant refurbishment projects

(DEWA, SEWA) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the marine painting and sandblasting sector. Manage client relationships and maintain a strong network within the UAE marine and industrial market. Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and bids. Handle tendering processes, including RFQs, cost estimation, and contract negotiations. Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Track market trends, competitors, and upcoming projects in marine and power plant refurbishment sectors. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

3-6 years of proven UAE experience in business development within the

marine industry

. Strong exposure to

painting and sandblasting projects

. Experience in

EPC Power Plant Refurbishment Projects

(DEWA, SEWA) is an added advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good knowledge of tendering procedures, contracts, and client management. Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
