As we expand our footprint into Africa, we're looking for a passionate, strategic, and results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead this exciting new chapter of growth.

About the Role

In this key position, you will drive business expansion across African markets -- identifying opportunities, forging long-term partnerships, and boosting revenue growth. You'll work closely with our logistics, finance, marketing, operations and management teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage new distributors, resellers, and enterprise clients across Africa. Strengthen and grow relationships with existing partners. Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals. Coordinate with internal teams and management to ensure smooth delivery and support. Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and sales reports.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT hardware or related technology sales. Proven success in developing business across African markets, with the ability to provide credible references. Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with strong analytical capabilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and open to occasional international travel (valid driving license preferred).

What We Offer

Competitive salary:

Minimum AED 10,000 - 15,000/month or higher. (Salary is negotiable based on experience and expertise).

Attractive commission:
