We are a premium event management company specializing in luxury jewellery exhibitions across the UAE and international markets. Our events bring together elite jewellery brands, designers, manufacturers, and high-net-worth buyers under one exclusive platform.
We are expanding our sales leadership team and are looking for a results-driven Sales & Business Development Manager who can research, acquire, and close exhibitors, while also leading and mentoring the sales team.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
Research, identify, and target luxury jewellery brands, manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers
Generate qualified leads through market research, databases, LinkedIn, cold outreach, referrals, and industry networks
Present event concepts, sponsorship packages, and booth options to prospective exhibitors
Negotiate contracts and close exhibitor sales (shell scheme & raw space)
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue KPIs
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with exhibitors and repeat clients
Maintain a strong pipeline of regional and international jewellery brands
Act as the main point of contact from lead generation to contract closure
Sales Team Leadership
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales executives
Assign leads, track performance, and ensure follow-ups
Train the team on luxury sales communication, negotiation, and closing techniques
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in sales or business development
Proven experience in event sales, exhibition sales, or luxury sector sales (Jewellery experience is a strong advantage)
Strong client acquisition and closing skills
Experience in leading or mentoring a sales team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC market
Ability to work independently and deliver under targets
Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a plus)
