Sales & Business Development Manager
to help us grow our client base and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities in facade cleaning and building maintenance services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term partnerships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients.
Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales or business development within
building maintenance, facilities management, or related services

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
