We are looking for a
highly presentable, confident, and results-driven Female Business Development Manager
to lead our client acquisition efforts, build strategic partnerships, and contribute to the firm's ongoing growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage
new business opportunities
across Free Zone and Mainland company formation.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with
Free Zone authorities, government departments, and corporate clients
.
Meet with clients to present
tailored business setup solutions
and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Drive sales growth through effective client engagement, partnership development, and lead conversion.
Represent the company at
networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings
with professionalism and confidence.
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to enhance service quality and client experience.
Prepare regular
sales reports, performance updates, and market analysis
for management review.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum
2-4 years of experience
in
UAE business setup, consultancy, or Free Zone partnership roles
.
Excellent understanding of
UAE company formation procedures, licensing, and visa processes
.
Highly presentable
, articulate, and confident in client-facing roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are an advantage).
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to perform under minimal supervision.
