Position : Sales Business Devlopment Manager-Drone show
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and approach prospective clients in the event, corporate, and entertainment sectors.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Research and Strategy Development:
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities in the drone show segment.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns to promote drone show services.
Sales and Proposal Development:
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs.
Develop customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals effectively.
Event Coordination Support:
Liaise with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of drone shows.
Act as a point of contact for clients during event planning and execution phases.
Networking and Representation:
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to build brand awareness and foster new partnerships.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience managing high-end or premium client databases; prior exposure to event technology solutions and/or drone show operations is an added advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Additional language skills are a plus(Arabic).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
