Position Overview:
We're looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Business Development Manager to lead our wholesale operations for the Toys category.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the Dubai Deira Wholesale Market, exceptional communication skills, and proven leadership in managing sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
? ?Lead and supervise a team of sales executives to achieve monthly and annual targets.
? ?Develop new business opportunities across local and export markets.
? ?Maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients, retailers, and distributors.
? ?Identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential product gaps.
? ?Coordinate with management and accounts for pricing, invoicing, and stock planning.
Requirements:
? ?Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale toys trading within Dubai specially Deira Wholesale market.
? ?Fluency in Hindi/Urdu & English; basic Arabic preferred.
? ?Strong computer literacy: Email, MS Office, Tally, and basic accounting.
? ?Proven track record in business development and market expansion.
? ?Leadership and team management experience are mandatory.
? ?Must be available for immediate joining.
