Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and fashion-forward

Sales Associate

to join our boutique team in DIFC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background evening wear, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for women's couture.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one styling and personal shopping service to clients Build strong relationships with customers and ensure repeat visits Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the boutique and garments Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and well organized Handle high-value transactions with discretion and accuracy Monitor stock levels and ensure inventory is up to date Coordinate with the in-house workshop to ensure timely order fulfilment and custom pieces Train and mentor junior sales staff when required
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the boutique's performance

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in evening wear fashion retail Fluent in English;

Arabic speaking is highly preferred

Excellent grooming and professional appearance Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays A passion for high fashion and attention to detail

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
