Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and excellent customer service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Follow up on customer inquiries and maintain client relationships.
Coordinate with team members and management to achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Prior experience in retail or home decor sales is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
