Sales Associate Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
2. Product Knowledge:
Understand product features, pricing, and benefits to answer customer questions confidently.
3. Sales & Upselling:
Promote and sell products while suggesting add-ons or related items to increase sales.
4. Cash Handling:
Process customer payments, issue receipts, and manage cash or POS systems accurately.
5. Store Display:
Arrange and restock shelves or displays to maintain an attractive shopping environment.
6. Inventory Management:
Keep track of stock levels and inform the supervisor about shortages or reorders.
7. Customer Feedback:
Handle customer complaints or feedback politely and report to management.
8. Team Collaboration:
Work with team members to meet daily or monthly sales targets.
9. Clean & Organized Store:
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the sales area.
10. Follow Company Policies:
Follow all sales, security, and customer service procedures.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
