Job Description
Join our sales team as a Sales Associate and be a key contributor to our growth and success. We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to provide excellent service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Provide product knowledge and information to customers
Assist in the selection and purchase process
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
Participate in product training sessions to stay informed about new arrivals
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Positive and energetic attitude
Strong customer service orientation
Basic math and computer skills
High school diploma or equivalent
