Sales Associates
to join our team and help us drive growth while building strong customer relationships.Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, providing excellent service at all times. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, promotions, and policies. Handle transactions accurately using POS systems. Ensure store/office is well-presented, stocked, and organized. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales, retail, or customer service (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven. Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems). Fluency in English; [Arabic/other language] is a plus.
