Key Responsibilities:*
1. Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the shop.
- Provide information on gelato flavors, toppings, and other menu items.
- Assist customers in making their selections and serve gelato in cones, cups, or other formats.
2. Sales and Transactions:
- Operate the cash register and handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions accurately.
- Upsell additional products, such as toppings, beverages, and packaged gelato.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and communicate them to customers.
3. Gelato Preparation and Presentation:
- Scoop and serve gelato according to portion sizes and presentation standards.
- Keep the gelato display case clean and well-stocked, ensuring all flavors are labeled and presented attractively.
4. Store Maintenance and Cleanliness:
- Maintain cleanliness of the shop, including counters, tables, floors, and restrooms.
- Follow sanitation guidelines and health and safety regulations.
- Clean and sanitize equipment and utensils regularly.
5. Inventory and Stock Management:
- Monitor inventory levels and inform the manager of any shortages.
- Restock shelves and storage areas with necessary supplies and products.
- Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries.
6. Team Collaboration:
- Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the shop.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
- Support new team members by providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is preferred.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- ?- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
