Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate to lead the management, marketing, and quoting for major wallpaper, frosted and wall sticker installations. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a proven track record in handling high-value projects in Dubai's fast-paced construction and interior design sector. You'll be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, from client acquisition to execution, while achieving sales targets to unlock attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of large-scale wallpaper, frosted and wall sticker projects, including site assessments, material selection (self-adhesive or glue-type, customized or pre-prepared), installation coordination, and quality control for clients in hotels, offices, airports, hospitals, residential malls, and similar venues. Marketing & Business Development: Identify and pursue new opportunities in Dubai's commercial sector, build relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and corporates and promote our product range through targeted marketing strategies, presentations, and networking events. Quoting & Sales: Prepare accurate, competitive quotes and proposals for complex projects, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet or exceed quarterly targets. Client Relations: Maintain strong client relationships, ensure timely delivery, and handle any post-installation support to drive repeat business and referrals. Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution and innovation in product offerings. Performance Tracking: Monitor project budgets, timelines, and KPIs, reporting on progress and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3+ years in managing, marketing, and quoting for large-scale wallpaper, frosted, wall sticker, or similar interior finishing projects in Dubai or the UAE. Proven success with high-profile clients in sectors like hospitality, commercial offices, airports, hospitals, or malls. Skills: Strong knowledge of wallpaper types (self-adhesive, glue-based, customized vs. pre-prepared) and industry standards. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, CRM software) and quoting software. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Personal Attributes: Target-oriented with a hunter mentality; ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Valid UAE driver's license and willingness to travel within Dubai for site visits. Preferred: Experience in the UAE market, bilingual (English/Arabic), and familiarity with sustainable or eco-friendly materials.
