With the continuous business growth and expansion of Connor and its clients, we
are looking for a Sales Associate to support pipeline generation and early-stage deal management for our ITAM, ServiceNow, and related advisory/managed services. This role is ideal for someone who has done B2B IT solution/ITSM/security/DC or SaaS sales and wants to specialize in a high-growth niche like ITAM and work on solutions with ServiceNow & Flexera.
You'll focus heavily on hunting, lead qualification, early-stage opportunity management, and closing run-rate professional services deals.
Key Responsibilities
Hunting & Lead Generation
Research and identify target accounts and decision makers across UAE and wider GCC.
Run outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) to generate meetings and opportunities.
Qualify inbound and marketing-generated leads using a structured framework (e.g., BANT/MEDDIC-lite).
Early-Stage Sales Activities
Conduct initial discovery calls to understand customer pain areas around:
+ Software spend and optimization
+ Compliance/audit risk
+ ITSM and ITAM maturity Position our services, assessments, and tool-based solutions (ServiceNow, Flexera, etc.) at a high level.
Schedule and coordinate deep-dive workshops/demos with presales and consultants.
Account & Opportunity Support
Maintain updated account information, contact maps, and opportunity stages in CRM.
Support Sales Manager with proposal structuring, documentation, and follow-ups.
Coordinate and run PoCs, pilots, and workshops logistics with internal teams and customers.
Marketing & Events Support
Work closely with marketing to run email campaigns, webinars, and events focused on ITAM/ServiceNow/ITSM topics.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and partner forums.
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Haves
2-3 years of experience in IT solutions / SaaS / ITSM / security / DC or SI sales, inside sales, or business development.
Exposure to selling solutions or services (not just box-pushing hardware).
Strong prospecting skills - comfort with cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
Good understanding of enterprise IT landscape: ITSM, cloud, security, infra, or software licensing.
Ability to communicate clearly with IT, procurement, and mid-level management stakeholders.
Good-to-Haves
Prior exposure to ITAM/SAM, ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow, or similar platforms.
Experience working with partners like ServiceNow, Flexera, large SIs, or distributors in the region.
Basic understanding of software compliance, audits, and cost optimisation (can be trained).
Indicative KPIs
Number of qualified meetings/opportunities created per month.
Pipeline contribution (value of opportunities sourced or influenced).
Conversion rate from leads qualified opportunities closure.
Achieving overall territory targets defined for the segment.
