A sales lady drives sales by providing expert beauty advice, demonstrating product application, and delivering personalized customer service in retail, salon, or counter settings. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, staying updated on beauty trends, and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales:
Greet customers, offer personalized recommendations based on skin type and preferences, and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.Product Demonstration:
Apply makeup or demonstrate skincare products, explaining benefits, ingredients, and usage.Merchandising & Inventory:
Organize shelves, replenish stock, and ensure the sales area is clean and professional.Upselling & Promotions:
Promote new products, gift sets, and seasonal offers to increase average transaction value.Relationship Building:
Maintain customer records, follow up on purchases, and build a loyal client base.Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
Previous experience in retail, beauty, cosmetics, or skincare is often required.Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a passion for beauty trends.Appearance:
Presentable, confident, and friendly demeanor.Knowledge:
Strong understanding of skincare products, cosmetics ingredients, and makeup techniques.Common Working Conditions
Environment:
Fast-paced retail environments like shopping malls, department stores, or specialized beauty salons.Schedule:
Often includes working weekends, evenings, and public holidays.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
