Responsibilities:
Assist the Sales Team with the
end-to-end sales process
, including
lead generation, follow-ups, quotations, and closing deals
.
Handle
daily sales inquiries for DEWA, SEWA, and other major clients
.
Prepare and send
quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes
to customers and suppliers.
Source and negotiate
with vendors and suppliers to ensure the best pricing and quality for materials.
Coordinate with the team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Maintain accurate
sales, purchase, and inventory records
.
Support in
developing and maintaining relationships
with clients and suppliers.
Provide
product information, pricing, and availability
to customers.
Attend to
phone inquiries and email correspondence
promptly and professionally.
Maintain an acceptable level of
sales performance
.
Perform
other administrative duties
as assigned by management.
