Key Responsibilities

Manage student inquiries via phone, email, and chat Guide students on academic programs, career paths, and enrollment processes Assist with lead generation, follow-ups, and outreach campaigns Update and maintain records in CRM platforms Support senior team members during calls, demos, and events Prepare reports and track performance metrics

What You'll Learn

Sales funnel management and lead nurturing Communication, persuasion, and closing techniques Use of CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) Academic program positioning and value-based selling Professional sales etiquette and best practices

Ideal Candidate

Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Psychology, or Education Excellent written and verbal communication skills Passionate about education and student success Energetic, persuasive, and eager to grow Able to perform in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
