Role Description

Job Opportunity: Sales Associate

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Position Type: Full-Time

Nationality: Arabic

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located Ras Sharjah.

The Sales Associate will be responsible for generating leads, prospecting new clients, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Associate will be involved in preparing sales contracts and reports.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain client relationships Knowledge of financial services and accounting principles Goal-oriented and results-driven mindset Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in customers and provide service-oriented sales support

Promote and explain the company's products and services (Accounting, VAT, Tax, etc.)

Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients

Achieve monthly sales targets and reporting

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Provide feedback to the team on market trends and customer needs

Requirements:

Previous experience in sales or customer service (Accounting or Financial sector is a plus)

Presentable, confident, and professional communication style

Basic computer literacy (email, CRM entry, etc.)

Good command of English
