Support the sales team in day-to-day operations and client management
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation
Maintain and update customer database and sales records
Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and technical) to ensure smooth order processing
Follow up with clients for orders, delivery schedules, and after-sales support
Assist in preparing sales reports and performance tracking
Requirements
Mandatory:
Experience in
Fire & Safety

Industrial Safety
, or
Consumable Products
Prior experience in sales administration, sales support, or associate role
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems
Immediate joiners / short notice preferred
