We are looking for a motivated and customer-friendly Sales Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate can engage with customers confidently, understand their needs, and provide an outstanding shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist and guide customers in-store with a positive attitude
Strong communication with customers to understand their needs
Perform upselling and cross-selling to boost sales
Handle product display, merchandising, and ensure store presentation is neat
Operate the cash register and POS system
Monitor stock levels and report shortages
Maintain store cleanliness and follow company standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Good understanding of displays, merchandising, and product arrangement
Team player, responsible, and eager to learn
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
